Is Bodega One a subscription?+
No. Bodega One is a one-time purchase. Pay $79 once for Personal or $149 once for Pro and own the software forever. No monthly fees, no auto-renewal, no seat licenses, no price hikes. The price is fixed at the moment you buy.
What does the one-time purchase include?+
Your $79 (Personal) or $149 (Pro) covers the full app: Monaco IDE, AI chat, autonomous coding agent, all 23 built-in tools, BYOLLM support for 10+ providers, full memory system, QEL verification, and air-gap mode. Updates are included. No feature gets locked behind a paywall after you buy.
Do I have to pay monthly to use Bodega One?+
No. There is no monthly fee, ever. The license you buy is yours forever and works offline without checking in to a server. If you want to use cloud LLMs, you bring your own API keys and pay those providers directly. We do not charge markup, take a cut, or monitor usage.
What is a workspace?+
A workspace is your project folder. It holds your code, conversations, memory, and agent setup all in one place. Personal includes 1 workspace for non-commercial use. Pro includes unlimited workspaces and commercial use rights.
What platforms does Bodega One run on?+
Windows, macOS, and Linux. Your Personal license covers 2 machines; Pro covers 5. You can mix platforms. For example, one Windows machine and one Mac.
Can I upgrade from Personal to Pro later?+
Yes. Pay the difference ($70) at any time to upgrade your license to Pro and unlock 5 machine activations, commercial use rights, Cloud Boost, custom agents, agent scheduling, early access, and priority support.
Does Bodega One include an LLM or AI model?+
No. Bodega One is bring-your-own-LLM. Use Ollama for local privacy, or bring your own API keys for Claude, GPT, Groq, or others. You pay providers directly. We don't charge markup or monitor usage.
What is your refund policy?+
All sales are final after license key activation. Contact us for pre-activation billing issues.
